What you will be doing?

  • Drive sales growth of Adecco Staffing business.
  • Develop staffing business through managing existing clients and candidates as well as building relationships with new clients and candidates through various channels.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients as well as to support their hiring needs.
  • Provide recruitment strategies and solution advice to clients.
  • Manage candidates and ensure the best qualified candidates are shortlisted for the clients.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding of candidates.
  • Responsible for all the HR issues of the candidates throughout the entire employment life cycle.
  • Required to meet weekly KPIs.

Your checklist for the role

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales function, experience in recruitment is preferred.
  • Minimum Degree Qualification.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin is also preferred.
  • B2B sales experience is required.  Experience in the recruitment, solutions orientated, and consultative sales is highly preferred.
  • Solution selling skills and able to create complex multi-faceted deals from bid receipt to solution crafting, to pricing, presentation, negotiation and close.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully engage with all stakeholder groups.

  • Out of the box thinker. Outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients on a daily basis.
  • Highly Energetic, persuasive, well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.

Less experienced candidate will be considered as Team Lead, Staffing.
