What you’ll be doing

This role directs and controls all phases of the client requisition process to encourage a fair and competitive environment as well as maintain adherence to program process compliance. You’ll be accountable for an expanded geographic territory or national level with a focus on advising the client on talent acquisition and contingent labor best practices.  The right candidate works under minimal supervision. 

  • Providing consultative help to end users to clarify job tasks, skills and other requisite of specific requisitions.
  • Creating custom talent acquisition strategies based on the hiring managers’ talent challenges.
  • Guiding customers through the management of all stages of requisition activity using VMS (Vendor Management System) technology.
  • Working with a Supplier Partnership Manager to identify any supplier gaps within the program or areas of expanded opportunity for the existing supplier community.
  • Fostering a positive working relationship with Pontoon MSP suppliers through regular phone and in-person communications.
About you

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record measured by customer service levels and satisfaction, SLA’s (Service Level agreements) and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator), increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management?
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and five (5) years managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry will be ideal for this role.
  • Ability to apply data and subject matter expertise in business development or strategic selling capacity.  
  • Must be bilingual - Japanese and English
