About the role

As Tooling Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the tooling estate used to operate our IT environment is secured and proper onboarded to the C&CC. You will make sure it is effectively used, well maintained and managed accordingly with our partners contractual agreements as well as in line with our internal security, group policies and IT processes.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and Maintain the configuration of the tooling estate in the C&CC
  • Ensure complete coverage of the central tooling capabilities
  • Contribute to the innovation and rationalization of the tooling capabilities
  • Responsible for the onboarding of tools in the C&CC
  • Accountable for the tooling training of the C&CC teams
  • As an expert, technically support Incidents and Problems resolution related to the tools
  • Ensure that the applications or technical services are onboarded to the monitoring tools prior to the Event Management
  • Ensure proper sizing of the tools
  • Ensure compliance with our partner contractual agreements
  • Ensure compliance with our internal security and group policies
  • Establish and ensure continuous improvement for service delivery
  • Monitors and controls SLAs/KPIs performance against service contracts
  • Drives the standardization, industrialization, and automation of Adecco’s tools to improve quality and efficiency and ensures compliance
  • Works with and influences various teams across the globe to continuously improve the process and procedures where increased remediation is taken place in the C&CC
About you
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT system engineering role in Data Center / Computing area
  • Strong Technology and IT Infrastructure background
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud, network, virtualization, compute, database and storage technologies
  • Good understanding of business processes and corporate culture
  • Experience in working within a Global company and in cross-functional team setup
  • Experience in managing/working with outsourcing partners

Skills & Education

  • University degree in Information System subject or any comparable education
  • Project Management education and experience
  • ITIL v4 certified
  • Preferred Technical Knowledge of: ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, Powershell scripting, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Alertsite, PRTG, DynaTrace and monitoring solutions
  • Excellent communication, meeting and presentation skills
  • Ability to be proactive and influence others
