About the role

As a Technical Platform Administrator, your primary focus will be on operating and supporting technical infrastructures, addressing issues, and ensuring the overall lifecycle of managed platforms aligns with Adecco policies. You will play a crucial role in deploying architecture, enforcing integration standards, and maintaining the stability of managed platforms.

What you’ll be doing
  • Deploy and maintain architecture, enforcing integration standards and ensuring the stability of managed platforms.
  • Implement third-party solutions, collaborating with vendors for issue resolution and continuously optimizing cost/efficiency balance.
  • Proactively submit and manage changes related to platforms, ensuring compliance with Group Policies.
  • Act as the technical coordinator for projects, undertaking tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to Adecco guidelines.
  • Provide hands-on support for production, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate patching activities to enhance overall system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT Deployment managers, program/project managers, and Data Integration Platform teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, setups, and integration flows, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Guarantee compliance with internal and external audits, financial legal requirements, and Adecco policies.
  • Collaborate with IT Security & Compliance teams to remediate vulnerabilities findings and uphold security-related solutions.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the managed platforms, propose enhancements, and participate in the implementation of best practices.
  • Ensure test environments' anonymization and documentation of integration flows/mapping from/with managed solutions.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of anti-virus and security-related solutions.
  • Be accountable for support/maintenance, ensuring stability and on-time, quality delivery of managed platforms.
  • Collaborate with preferred IT suppliers, maintaining a productive working relationship.
  • Demonstrate compliance with group policies and controls, delivering high-quality documentation.
About you
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing complex implementations on Windows/Linux/Unix platforms.
  • Experience with On-Premise and Cloud (Azure) infrastructures, Middleware Platforms (ETL Informatica, ESB TIBCO), and global team collaboration.
  • Hold an ITIL 3/4 certification, showcasing a strong foundation in IT service management.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, international context with offshore teams.
  • Occasional travel (up to 20%).
