About you

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week | 3 days office, 2 days work from home

We really are a great team who work incredibly hard but who like to have fun whilst in the thick of the recruitment world.  We are looking for someone like minded with a spark, passion, and personality to support our candidates across the West Lothian and Fife area.  Our Livingston branch had a customer service NPS score of 92 so we need someone who is equally as passionate about providing the best possible service to our candidates and clients.  No recruitment experience? What you'll be doing
  • Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates to ensure candidate availability is at a maximum, and the candidate flow is of a suitable calibre
  • Sales / Business Development; Via various methods of following up leads such as cold calling, sending speculative emails and dropping in-person sales materials into prospective clients.
  • Relationship building; Building long lasting relationships with existing clients, new clients and candidates alike.
  • Conducting sales meetings: Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing their roles and business plans.
  • Matching candidates’ skills and expectations to a variety of Permanent and Temporary roles
  • Advertising; Advertising on various job boards / portals
  • Candidate Attraction; Using various resourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, job boards etc
  • Candidate Care: Keeping in regular contact with candidates to maintain relationships.
  • Audit: Keeping and maintaining all compliant information in reference to both candidates and clients as per company policy
  • Telephone/Email; Screening and assisting with branch telephone and email queries.

2. Presentation (brief to be given prior) on Teams with Operations Manager, Ian Gallagher.
